Nourishing your skin with what it wants and needs is our commitment. The products we use are Dr. Gandhi's exclusive formulations, based on decades of research in Ayurveda. Made with only all-natural ingredients and the purest herbs and essential oils, there are no chemical additives, no animal by products or preservatives whatsoever. All of our Ayurvedic products have been manufactured in our private facility in India and are not tested on animals. Our services range from all the western massage techniques (such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre/Post Natal, Reflexology, Hot stone, Aromatherapy), customized massages, exotic facials, threading/waxing and ancient and traditional Ayurvedic healing treatments. The Ayurvedic therapies are performed using elements of cooked organic rice, honey, saffron, rose, sandalwood, warm pure oils mixed with herbs and steam to wash away life's stressors and restore beauty, health and balance. Appointment Policy Please call us at 201-216-0013 to schedule appointments. We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. We recommend that you book appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time, and therapist for your services. Currently, we do not accept appointments online and are unable to book, change or cancel appointments online. Payment Information We accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), cash, money order, American Express Travelers Checks and Roop Day Spa gift certificates. Cancellation Policy We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. As a service, you will receive a call the day before your scheduled appointment to confirm. As a courtesy to our guests and staff, guests are asked to provide 24 hours notification of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment. Gratuities If you are pleased with the services you have received, the industry standard for tipping is 15% to 20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. You may leave gratuity in cash only. Late Arrivals We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, you may opt to shorten your treatment or you may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time, however, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred. Gift Certificates Roop gift certificates make the perfect gift for all occasions. Gift certificates may be purchased for any of our spa packages or individual services and products. All services are exchangeable but not refundable. Cell Phones To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that cell phones and pagers be turned off or silenced when you enter the Spa. Prices are subject to change without notice.
